James Dolezal

PhD

James Dolezal is professor of theology in the School of Divinity at Cairn University. He also serves as visiting professor of theology at International Reformed Baptist Seminary in Mansfield, TX.

 

Dr. Dolezal is the author of two books, God Without Parts (Pickwick, 2011) and All That Is in God (Reformation Heritage, 2017). He has contributed to several volumes, including, Divine Impassibility (IVP Academic, 2019) and Classical Theism (Routledge, 2023). Prior to teaching at Cairn, Dr.

 

Dolezal served as a pastor in Alberta, Canada, and as a research fellow in the Craig Center at Westminster Theological Seminary.

Samuel Renihan

PhD

Samuel Renihan is pastor of Trinity Reformed Baptist Church in La Mirada, California where he lives with his wife, Kim, and their son, Owen.

 

He graduated MDiv from Westminster Seminary California and PhD from the Free University of Amsterdam.

 

Sam is the author of various articles and books in English and Spanish, such as The Mystery of Christ, his Covenant, and his Kingdom (2019), Deity and Decree (2020), and Crux, Mors, Inferi: A Primer and Reader on the Descent of Christ (2021).

Jim Butler

ThM

Jim Butler was born and raised in Long Beach, California. After serving four years in the US Air Force, he was saved by the grace of God in Palmdale, California.

 

He joined the Palmdale Reformed Baptist Church and received training for the gospel ministry under the mentorship of Dr. Richard Barcellos. In 1997, he was sent out as a church-planter to Chilliwack, B.C. and has since served as the pastor of the Free Grace Baptist Church.

 

His formal theological education is through Whitefield Theological Seminary where he earned the Master of Divinity and the Master of Theology degrees.
